General Information on Data Processing

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Access to the Website

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected by the web server and stored in server log files:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of access
Requested URL and referring URL (referrer)
Browser and operating system used

This data is technically required to deliver the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free provision of the website).

Server log data is stored only for as long as required to ensure system security, troubleshoot technical issues, and investigate misuse, and is then deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required in a specific case.

Cookies

This website currently does not use cookies that require consent. Should this change in the future, we will inform you accordingly and obtain your consent.

When you sign up for the community waitlist via our form, we use your email address to send you a confirmation email. Only after you confirm your signup will we use your email address to notify you about the launch of the Confluence community.

Data processed: Email address, signup timestamp, confirmation status, and optional information about the language version and source of the signup form
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)
Recipients / categories of recipients: Hosting providers acting as processors; Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) for confirmation emails and waitlist communications
Storage period: Unconfirmed signups are stored for up to 14 days and then deleted if no confirmation is received. Confirmed signups remain stored until the community launch has been communicated or until you withdraw your consent, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
Provision of data: Voluntary. Without your email address, we cannot process your waitlist signup.

Resend processes your data on our behalf. The data transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at office@alps-pure.com. In that case, we will delete your waitlist data unless we are permitted or required to retain it on another legal basis. No automated decision-making takes place in connection with the waitlist.
